Rest 2 Minutes between each tabata Set, and try to beat your score each time. Try this workout 3 times through total, or 2 times if 3 times is too much. This means you will be doing a 8 Minute HIIT Workout if you choose to do this tabata 2 times through or a 12 minute HIIT Workout if you choose to do this workout 3 times through.

Ingredients
1 TBSP whole wheat flour
1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP of low fat vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to blend the mixture
